  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide practical, commercially focused solutions.
  • Collaborate with specialists across Tax and the global PwC network on complex technical matters.
  • Embrace technology and digital innovation to enhance client service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client and internal relationships.
  • Coach and mentor associates and trainees, helping to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

You will ideally have:

  • At least 3 years' relevant tax experience in practice or industry.
  • AITI / CTA qualification, part-qualification, or a desire to pursue tax qualifications.
  • A strong interest in international tax and multinational businesses.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and commercial awareness.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
