Job Purpose To provide high-quality learning, pastoral and personal care support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The role involves supporting learners both in the classroom and with aspects of daily living, including personal care where required, ensuring students can access education safely, comfortably and with dignity.
The Charity is looking for Male LSAs due to our current student cohort and the role requiring a high level of personal and intimate care that can affect an individual’s privacy and decency.
Please note:This role includes supporting students with personal care needs, which may involve assisting with toileting, changing continence products, personal hygiene and mobility support. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
