Business Analyst

• →Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• →Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, QA engineers, and designers, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
• →Facilitate requirement validation sessions and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
• →Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for improvement.
• →Support the development and testing phases by clarifying requirements and addressing any ambiguities.
• →Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and training materials.
• →Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes and systems.
• →Assist in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT).
• →Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and best practices within the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation using various techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
• Experience with data analysis and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL is a plus.
