QA Analyst 3

We are looking for a Software Tester with strong experience in Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to join our growing team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of BI reports and data pipelines built on Power BI and Snowflake. You will play a critical part in delivering high-quality analytics solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• →Create and execute test plans for the eligibility APIs development, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• →Analyze test results and report issues found during testing.
• →Ensure that APIs adheres to company standards.
• →Collaborate with business, developers, and other stakeholders to identify test cases.
• →Collaborate with application developers to investigate problems discovered during testing.
• →Document test results and respond to questions from business and IT team members.
• →Conduct regression testing for monthly releases.
• →Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced college degree
• Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman, Katalon, Insomnia, ReadyAPI or SOAPUI required
• Experience working with SQL databases to query data required
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of healthcare eligibility a plus
• Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills
• Experience working on a project team..
• Experience working in a Test Management Tool (JIRA, ADO) a plus.
• Experience with test automation a plus
• Experience using Agile SDLC
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
