About the Role
~1 min readAs our Logistics Coordinator, you'll play an important role in keeping our day-to-day logistics operations running smoothly. You'll coordinate daily order fulfilment across our 3PL facilities, maintain inventory accuracy, and work closely with our third-party logistics (3PL) and freight forwarding partners to ensure shipments move efficiently.
You'll also support business-to-business (B2B) fulfilment and inbound stock movements, helping ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time. We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) supply chain environment.

• Support daily order fulfilment operations across global 3PL sites, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
• Monitor logistics performance, identifying and addressing issues such as order delays and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate enterprise resource planning (ERP) records and assist in stock management, including inbound receipts, reconciliations, and stocktakes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive process improvements in inventory accuracy and fulfilment efficiency.
• Assist in managing B2B order fulfilment, including coordination with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
• Support compliance with export documentation and other regulatory requirements.
• Support the coordination of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) shipments and stock movements.
• Review and reconcile logistics invoices, working with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and operational standards across vendor partners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process enhancement and cost efficiencies.
• Serve as a point of contact for shipping-related queries, facilitating smooth communication between freight forwarders and internal teams.
• Daily shipment coordination to ensure delivery timelines are met. Manage shipment drops based on Freight Forwarder Due Dates in alignment with business and demand requirements.
• Support cost control and process optimisation efforts, including invoice reviews and logistics efficiency initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
Previous experience with ERP (NetSuite preferred).
Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon is desirable.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with 3PLs, Freight Forwarders, and internal teams.
