Baseband Design Engineer, Senior

## Company: Qualcomm Semiconductor Limited ## Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Hardware Engineering General Summary: * Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or higher. * Above 5 years work experience on Qualcomm platform. * Solid understanding on DDR, eMMC, UFS, power supply, audio circuit, high speed signal interfaces. * Responsible for Qualcomm chipset design, mainly focus on MSM and peripheral section. * Responsible for board/device level solution evaluation, key component selection. Complete schematic design after solution lockdown. * Work with silicon designer and CAD team to deliver high quality layout. * Work with software team to bring up proto, enable device function (DDR, display, camera, USB etc.) and support trouble shooting. * Familiar with lab tests, system bring up, circuit debug and system verification, etc. * Good hands-on ability is a plus. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
