Engineering Operations Analyst

## Company: Qualcomm India Private Limited ## Job Area: Engineering Services Group, Engineering Services Group > Engineering Operations General Summary: We are looking for Engineering Operations Analyst who can operate as a program operations and data enablement lead—owning MIS reporting, program metrics, dashboards, and automation tools. The role involves strong stakeholder management, development of scalable data and web solutions. Minimum Qualifications: • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of relevant work experience. Key Responsibilities * Manage global stakeholders and resource planning through Mountain Charts, Identify and review NRE variance b/w Forecast Vs actual. * Expertise on MIS reporting using advance excel/VBA macros & Other BI tools. * Responsible for understanding the client’s requirements, planning, and proposing a feasible solution using VBA Macros, Python or Other BI tools * Experience in creating Dashboards and comprehensive tools in Excel using VBA. * Preferred to have used programming languages and tools to develop, test and, maintain data pipelines (primarily Python & good to have working knowledge on other Data analytics & Open-Source tools) * Strong experience in developing Visualization reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau. * Excellent Presentation Skills for creating Management Committee and decks for Management Reviews. * Co-ordinate with Global Operations, follows up on program meeting agenda, status update, action closure and dashboard/metrics updates. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's/Master's, Computer Engineering, and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical or Electronics Engineering * 3+ years Hands on Coding & Designing SW/GUI. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments * Experience with Power BI/Tableau * Strong Programming skill in Python & JavaScript. * Hands on experience in Database (SQL), Web stack (React, Flask) * Exposure to AWS Cloud stack * Experience in Data Analytics, Python Data Analytics & Charting Libraries. Preferred Skills * Full-stack exposure (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) * Exposure to Splunk, Confluence * Semiconductor / Wireless domain experience Applicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
