As we embark on an exciting phase of rapid expansion, we are actively seeking talented professionals across diverse disciplines to join us in shaping the future of technology and delivering breakthrough deployments on a global stage. ### ### Job Overview: ### System Integration Test (SIT) Program Manager to lead planning, tracking, execution oversight, and continuous improvement of system-level test programs for next-generation AI solutions. In this role, you will drive the program management of System Integration Test activities across the full AI software and hardware stack, including compiler, model onboarding, inference serving, platform software, ecosystem enablement, firmware, systems, and hardware. You will work closely with AI engineering teams to ensure test readiness, release quality, execution visibility, and customer delivery alignment. ### Preferred Qualifications: * ### Bachelor’s or master’s degree sin computer science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or equivalent experience. * ### 8+ years of experience in a combination of System test and program management in the industry. * ### 4+ years of experience * ### Strong technical understanding of AI inference accelerators products card, system and rack level, high level overview of functional, platform and applications level, various Models, performance, accuracy test management * ### Establish test plans, schedules, manage resources, prioritization, HW management, coordination across functional organizations, manage high-level dashboards, lead scrums, metrics, reviews, release test planning and presenting to leadership. * ### Define processes, implement, adjust, track test planning, execution, deliveries and drive efficiencies to meet the program milestones. * ### Strong working knowledge of System level test management for AI inference accelerator products. * ### Familiarity with test strategies and ML test harnesses for AI inference accelerators. * ### Working knowledge of deep learning fundamentals, transformer architecture, and LLM inference/serving systems, Machine Learning Test KPIs such as Performance, Accuracy, Serving KPIs * ### Experience in creating, generating, using, dashboards, data visualization, automation, AI-based tooling for program reporting * ### PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar program/project management certification is a plus. ### ### Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * ### Own System Integration Test program planning, tracking, and reporting deliverables across AI software releases that spans multiple projects * ### Coordinate cross-functional test planning across compiler, model onboarding, inference serving, platform software, ecosystem, firmware, systems and hardware teams. * ### Assess schedule, quality, dependency, resource, and technical risks impacting SIT deliverables. * ### Track test plan development, execution progress, defect trends, release risks, quality metrics, and release readiness. * ### Establish traceability from requirements to validation plans, execution, release criteria, and customer deliverables. * ### Monitor Component Development and Integration readiness, test automation integration, build qualification, and customer delivery workflows. * ### Drive retrospectives and independent RCA after major releases to identify continuous improvement opportunities. * ### Build dashboards, exec summaries and program views that provide clear visibility into release health and test status * ### Use AI-enabled tools and automation to improve program visibility, reporting efficiency, and decision-making. * ### Plan, manage, and forecast lab requirements, including servers, accelerator cards, GPUs, and network test equipment. * ### Establish rigorous test execution discipline and communication processes, including risk management, mitigation, tracking, schedule trends vs. baseline, recovery actions, and executive reporting. * ### Develop program indicators to manage program health, including quality and timelines. * ### Use verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information to multiple audiences, requiring strong negotiation and alignment skills. * ### Work independently with little supervision. ### ### ### ### Minimum Qualifications: * ### Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or equivalent experience. * ### 5+ years of experience in a combination of technical product development and program management in the SoC /embedded industry. * ### Strong technical understanding of AI accelerator system – Orchestration, Platform, Apps SW, test scope, planning, schedules, execution, prioritization, reviews, dependencies and deliverables across functional, system test, performance and more. * ### Lead scrums, coordination, triage issues, secure release plan deliverables, establish test exit criteria * ### Strong working knowledge of hardware/software development and test and principles at the SoC / embedded industry. * ### Experience with multiple technology development and end-to-end product integration. * ### Experience managing products through the entire development life cycle, including risk management. * ### Experience in technical program management within AI, semiconductor, systems software, platform software, or related engineering organizations * ### Strong experience planning, tracking, and measuring software test processes and system validation deliverables. * ### Ability to assess risks, dependencies, constraints, and execution gaps across complex technical programs. * ### Strong understanding of SDLC, test planning, defect management, quality metrics, and release criteria. * ### Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize technical status, risks, and release readiness for senior stakeholders Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. • 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
