  • Build and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress and proactively address issues that could impact timelines, quality, or costs.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and communicate updates across departments.
  • Ensure alignment between engineering, purchasing, production, quality, and logistics teams.
  • Monitor projects throughout sheet metal fabrication, busbar fabrication, mechanical assembly, and related production processes.
  • Collaborate with production leadership to balance workloads, resources, and manufacturing priorities.
  • Coordinate schedule adjustments and recovery plans when unexpected challenges occur.
  • Work with supply chain teams to monitor material availability and minimize delays.
  • Support initiatives that improve production flow, schedule performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary internal contact for project-related updates.
  • Provide regular progress reports, milestone tracking, and schedule forecasts to leadership.
  • Communicate project risks, delays, and action plans clearly and professionally.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure follow-up items are completed.
  • Build strong partnerships across operations, engineering, purchasing, and management teams.
  • Maintain project dashboards and tracking tools.
  • Measure key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, milestone completion, and schedule adherence.
  • Analyze project data and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist leadership with forecasting, resource planning, and workload management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–7 years of experience in a dedicated Project Manager role within manufacturing, production operations, or a similar industrial environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Experience supporting the production of switchgear, power distribution equipment, PDUs, RPPs, electrical enclosures, busbar systems, control panels, or similar industrial products.
  • Familiarity with custom sheet metal fabrication, busbar fabrication, welding, machining, mechanical assembly, and production scheduling.
  • Experience in engineer-to-order (ETO) or configure-to-order manufacturing environments.
  • Understanding of bills of material (BOMs), engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and routing structures.
  • PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus.
  • Consistent on-time project completion.
  • Achievement of key milestones and production schedules.
  • Effective communication with cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Early identification and mitigation of project risks.
  • Continuous improvements that enhance operational performance and project execution.
