In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities

  • →Perform general document control and administrative support activities in an office environment.
  • →Review, organize, and maintain documents and records.
  • →Identify inactive or outdated documents for appropriate processing.
  • →Scan and digitize inactive documents to support electronic record management.
  • →Organize scanned documents and ensure files are properly identified and stored.
  • →Assist with document filing, classification, and organization.
  • →Maintain accurate and orderly physical and electronic records.
  • →Handle confidential and sensitive documentation with discretion.
  • →Support daily office activities and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • →Follow established procedures for document handling, scanning, filing, and record retention.
  • →Ensure documents are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • →Perform repetitive data/document processing tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous experience in document control, data entry, office administration, records management, or clerical support preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to operate a scanner and manage electronic files.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
  • Good time-management skills and ability to meet daily document-processing requirements.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Good communication skills.
