Full-Stack Engineer (French)

 

• Design, develop, maintain, and integrate full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Develop and maintain Angular frontend applications (versions 7–19) and backend services based on Java/Spring Boot.

• Take end-to-end ownership of applications, from functional analysis and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and production support. • Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, database integrations, and application components.

• Implement unit and integration tests and contribute to software quality assurance using SonarQube and Xray. 

• Apply secure development practices aligned with banking requirements and industry standards such as OWASP and NIST.

• Support and maintain an existing portfolio of applications, including troubleshooting, technical improvements, and production-related activities. • Regularly address application vulnerabilities, security findings, technical debt, and technology obsolescence.

• Participate in UAT, supporting business users throughout acceptance testing and resolving identified issues.

• Manage application deployments through CI/CD toolchains, ensuring reliable delivery across environments.

 • Support Cloud deployments and application lifecycle activities.

 • Analyze application logs and troubleshoot production issues using Kibana and Spring Boot Admin Console.

• Maintain technical and functional documentation, application assets, and relevant technical repositories.

• Define and manage required IAM permissions and participate in IT Risk Management (ITRM) assessments.

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, technical teams, and other banking functions throughout the application lifecycle.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and code quality initiatives. 

Strong hands-on experience in Full Stack Java development, with solid expertise in Java and Spring Boot.

• Strong frontend development experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience working with different Angular versions, ideally including modernization or maintenance of applications across Angular 7–19.

 • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API design, integration patterns, and Swagger/OpenAPI.

 • Solid database development skills using SQL and PL/SQL, with experience in Oracle, SQL Server, and/or PostgreSQL.

• Strong experience with unit testing, integration testing, and software quality practices.

• Good understanding of application security principles and standards, particularly OWASP and NIST.

• Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.

 • Experience with Cloud deployments and modern application delivery practices.

• Experience using Kibana for log analysis and troubleshooting.

 • Familiarity with Spring Boot Admin Console for application monitoring and administration.

• Experience with IntelliJ IDEA and/or Eclipse.

• Knowledge of XML and enterprise application integration.

 • Experience managing application vulnerabilities, dependencies, upgrades, and technology obsolescence.

• Knowledge of IAM concepts, application permissions, and IT risk management processes is highly desirable.

• Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating directly with business stakeholders.

• Ability to independently manage application development and delivery while maintaining strong documentation and development standards.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Fluent French is required. 

• Good working knowledge of technical English, including the ability to understand and participate in technical discussions.

• Experience within banking or financial services environments is considered a strong advantage.
