Freelance Language Typists – Kannada / Telugu | Bangalore

Qube Cinema, Bangalore is looking for freelance language typists for Closed Captioning work.

• This is only an office-based job in Bangalore.
• Work from home is not available.
• You need to come to our Bangalore office whenever work is available.
• This is freelance work. Work will be given based on movie release schedules and business requirements.
• Work may not be available every day.

We want to work directly with the person doing the work.

• An agent or agency
• A coordinator or middleman
• Representing a group of freelancers

You should:

• Be able to read and write Kannada or Telugu well
• Have good typing speed and accuracy
• Know spelling and grammar well
• Be able to listen to movie/video audio and type the dialogues correctly
• Know subtitling software (preferred, but not compulsory)

If you are new to subtitling software, training will be provided.

The main work is to listen to movie/video content and type the spoken dialogues correctly for subtitles and closed captions.
