- Design, deploy, and provide 3rd-line escalation support for Cisco AV solutions, including Pro Board, Room Kit, Room Bar, and Desk Pro systems.
- Install and integrate Cisco Systems with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Integrate third-party AV hardware solutions (e.g., Shure, Crestron, Logitech, Poly, Yealink, Taurus).
- Support and optimise Surface Hub and Windows-based MTR systems, including remediation of Microsoft Teams and Windows-related issues.
- Provide engineering oversight for digital signage and interactive kiosk solutions.
- Support signage platforms such as NowSignage and manage display technologies from vendors including Samsung and LG.
- Configure and support wireless microphone systems and professional audio solutions.
- Maintain understanding of audio systems including streaming technologies (e.g., Sonos where applicable).
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams (chat, meetings, calling) within Microsoft portals.
- Manage Microsoft Intune and Entra ID for device configuration, compliance, identity, and software deployment.
- Configure and support Windows 10/11 environments, ensuring performance, stability, and security.
- Apply End User Computing (EUC) principles to troubleshoot user, peripheral, and collaboration device connectivity issues.
- Act as the primary escalation point for AV-related issues from frontline support teams.
- Troubleshoot call quality, networking, application, and peripheral issues in high-pressure meeting room environments.
- Oversee AV and collaboration hardware lifecycle management from deployment through decommissioning.
- Collaborate with global technology teams, including the Windows Team Lead, to align and standardise AV solutions across QRT.
- Partner with external vendors on AV procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AV and collaboration technologies to enhance productivity and user experience.
