Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions with business users and technical teams to identify requirements and process improvements.
Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA engineers, and technical leads to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.
Support requirements traceability, change management, scope clarification, and resolution of functional issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in user acceptance testing, validation of delivered functionality, and preparation of business and project documentation.

Requirements

3–5 years of professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, requirements management, or software project delivery.
Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and system requirements.
Ability to create user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and other business analysis artifacts.
Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirements discussions, and business process analysis.
Ability to effectively communicate business requirements to technical teams and validate delivered functionality against business expectations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
