Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Align the new in-house service model with business strategy, value streams, and operational requirements.
- →Analyze current-state business processes and IT dependencies.
- →Define future-state processes and service models for in-house operations.
- →Map business capabilities to IT services and required support structures.
- →Identify gaps and propose solutions in workflows, governance, and service design.
- →Partner with Service Owners to define SLAs/OLAs aligned with business needs.
- →Support transition impact assessments on users and business units.
- →Develop process documentation and ensure business readiness for the transition.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management or related field
- Preferred/Advantageous
- Certified Business Architect
- Enterprise Architecture Certification
- ITIL Certification
- Minimum of at least 3 years of experience as a Business Architect
- Can work fully onsite (Cubao)
