• →Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track KPIs such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, shipping and delivery performance, contact rate
• →Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, product, and finance to support data-driven decisions for supply chain optimization and international expansion initiatives.
• →Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify operational inefficiencies, cost-reduction opportunities, and areas for improving customer experience.
• →Implement data quality and governance practices while collaborating with the US analytics and promote  best practices in supply chain analytics and usage of AI. 
• →Partner with product and engineering and support any experimentation(A/B tests) on the supply chain side or ecommerce side related to improving post purchase experience.
• →Be an integral part of the international team and contribute to their growth 

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or similar). Master’s degree is a plus. 
• 7+ years in a data analytics/product analytics role, ideally with a focus on supply chain within an e-commerce or technology company.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BIm Mixpanel).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights, with a focus on detail, accuracy, and clarity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Based in Berlin with the ability to come into the Berlin office 4 days per week.
