The Verint IT Services team is responsible for the End user computingT2 support and also for regional infrastructure. The scope of engagement covers deployment and support of various technologies, including Windows, Security Products and regional Infrastructure. This also include participation & implementation of Global products. The role would require adherence to ITIL standards.The role will require an individual who will work closely with other members of the wider IT Services team but who is also comfortable working individually as and when required.
Responsibilities

- →Provide onsite Desktop Support for India\ GIC, troubleshooting complex end user related issues which includes workstation, Operating system and end user applications.
- →Perform Onboarding & offboarding activities for Employees & Contractors
- →Work on modern Desktop solution like Intune, JAMF, Automox & Co-pilot, desktop security tools which includes Implementation & support
- →Provide Collaboration support, Maintain Cisco & MS surface board collaboration solutions
- →Assist Helpdesk and identify opportunity for process improvement \ automations
- →Perform remediation activity to ensure all endpoints are in Compliance.
- →Work on endpoint refresh which includes configuring new workstation, decommission activities on old asset and process lease returns
- →Conduct routine system audits and maintain system inventory and documentation.
- →Carry out day-to-day tasks and provide best customer service to internal staff.
Requirements
~1 min read- BSc or equivalent in computer science or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in a related role
- Strong experience in Windows 10, Intune, O365, Email, Desktop security solutions, MAC OS
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write detailed reports and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work under low supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language.
- Awareness of ITIL \ Service Now
PREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS \ Certifications in Microsoft, ITIL, Foundation on Azure \ AI
