As a Recruiter at Rad AI, you will be the key to building and maintaining a high-performing, mission-driven team. You’ll join a small team of full-cycle recruiters who support hiring across all functions including implementations, support, customer success, product management and engineering roles. You will identify and engage the right people who will shape the future of healthcare AI. You will not only drive our recruitment efforts but also help cultivate an inclusive, transparent, and collaborative culture where talent thrives.

As we continue to grow, our recruiting team is critical in attracting and retaining the exceptional talent we need to achieve our ambitious goals. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Rad AI by recruiting across various functions— from engineering and product to operations and customer success.

• This role will be based in our San Francisco office and we expect employees to work onsite four days per week. The remaining time may be worked remotely or onsite, depending on team and business needs.
