Front Desk Agent/ Guest Service Concierge

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and service-focused Front Desk Agent / Guest Service Concierge to join our team. If you love meeting new people, solving problems, and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.

As the face of Hotel Keen, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure.

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Create memorable first impressions during check-in and lasting positive experiences through check-out.
• Build authentic connections with guests and personalize their stay whenever possible.
• Serve as a knowledgeable local guide by providing recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions throughout Palo Alto and the Bay Area.

• Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently and accurately.
• Manage guest accounts, room assignments, payments, and folios.
• Handle reservations, room requests, and special accommodations.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all billing transactions are posted correctly.

• Assist with luggage services, transportation arrangements, dinner reservations, and local recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide solutions.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, creativity, and urgency.

• Stay informed about hotel amenities, promotions, events, and daily operations.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.

We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a passion for people.

• Previous hotel front desk, guest services, reservations, or hospitality experience.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using hotel property management systems and basic computer applications.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
