We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who has been part of a high-performance engineering team building innovative products and exceptional UIs. You will work directly with security service providers using our vSOC platform and with end-users who operate it self-service—ensuring the product is discoverable, delightful, and highly productive for both user groups.

You will partner with Product Management and Engineering to shape experience concepts, rationalize feasibility and cost, and bring solutions to market quickly in an iterative, evidence-driven manner.

  • Human + Agent Experience Design
    • Design workflows where humans and intelligent agents collaborate to solve problems, troubleshoot threats, and complete security tasks efficiently.
    • Lead UX for distributed SOC operations—supporting high-urgency, high-clarity decision flows.
  • Dual-Persona UX Research & Design
    • Work directly with service provider analysts to deeply understand their workflows and how a vSOC platform enables scale.
    • Engage with SMB end-users to ensure the product is easy to adopt, onboard, navigate, and realize value from without expert knowledge.
  • Design Delivery
    • Create wireframes, information architecture, interaction models, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes (clickable and testable).
    • Translate conceptual workflows into clear, testable UX solutions.
  • Rapid User Testing & Validation
    • Facilitate usability tests, discovery interviews, and structured feedback loops.
    • Turn user insights into hypotheses and iterative design improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work hand-in-hand with engineers to ensure solutions are actionable, performant, and mindful of technical constraints.
    • Partner with Product to prioritize the right problems, validate assumptions early, and rationalize decisions against cost and complexity.
  • Establish UX Standards
    • Contribute to the growing design system, accessibility standards, design patterns, and UX guidelines for an AI-driven security platform
  • 6+ years in a design role for a B2B SaaS company dealing with high data volume, complex workflows, and ideally, a multi-product platform.
  • Proven background embedded within a high-performance engineering team, building innovative products where the UI is a core competitive and commercial differentiator.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating:
    • Effective workflow and interaction design
    • Data-dense or operational tool UI
    • Design + engineering collaboration
    • Research → insight → prototype → shipped solution lifecycle
  • Proficiency with leading design tools such as Figma (preferred), FigJam, and prototyping frameworks with Figma Make or Claude Design.
  • Strong capability in translating complex technical processes into clear, intuitive experiences.
  • A strong systems thinker who obsesses over usability, clarity, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working in agile and fast-moving startup environments.
  • Familiarity with SOC operations, cybersecurity tooling, or IT service management products
  • Experience designing agentic or AI-assisted workflows
  • Understanding of analytics-driven UX and user onboarding frameworks
  • Experience contributing to or coding in front-end environments (React, TypeScript)
