After-Sales & Reservations Operations Specialist - Remote

A leading international sports platform is seeking an exceptional, detail-oriented After-Sales & Reservations Operations Specialist to join their global, remote team. Operating full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00), this role takes full ownership of the client journey once a booking is confirmed. Serving as the essential link between clients, golf courses, hotels, and resorts, the specialist ensures every reservation detail is rigorously verified, confirmed, and seamlessly delivered from initial transaction through to the client's return home. The position suits a calm, highly organised professional who excels at handling operational data, coordinating with international hospitality partners, managing booking amendments, and resolving travel issues in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Verify supplier confirmations against initial booking details to ensure complete accuracy across guest names, dates, room types, tee times, inclusions, and transfers. Convert supplier confirmations into clear, accurate, and professional client communications. Action client requests, including booking amendments, tee-time adjustments, room and transfer requests, and special enquiries. Communicate directly with global hotels, resorts, golf courses, and operational partners to confirm bookings, manage adjustments, and resolve potential issues. Take direct accountability for booking issues before, during, or after travel, liaising with suppliers to secure effective solutions. Track incoming supplier communications to update contact details, rates, policies, stop-sales, maintenance windows, and operational information within internal systems. Source and maintain up-to-date hotel and golf course rates, promotional offers, and booking conditions. Dispatch welcome-home communications to clients and follow through on outstanding enquiries until fully resolved. Support internal knowledge base maintenance and identify opportunities to streamline reservation and post-booking processes. Requirements Proven background within travel, reservation management, or online booking platforms (e.g., Lekkerslaap or similar travel platforms). Strong administrative experience paired with meticulous attention to detail and a track record of identifying discrepancies. Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings, enquiries, and deadlines concurrently. Professional written and spoken English language skills for seamless communication with international clients and partners. High level of accountability, self-motivation, and ability to work independently within a remote structure. Robust problem-solving skills, maintaining composure and a solution-focused approach during time-sensitive travel disruptions. Responsible approach to technology and AI tools, ensuring all output is thoroughly fact-checked for accuracy before distribution.
