A well-established organisation is seeking an adaptable SAP Systems Administrator & Admin Coordinator to manage core administrative functions alongside internal SAP user support and master data maintenance. This dual-focused role requires an individual who can balance daily office operations -including front-desk reception, stock control, and courier coordination - with maintaining operational integrity within an SAP system. The position moves through a structured two-phase rollout. Phase 1 focuses on general office administration, user access management, master data creation, error monitoring, and internal staff training. Phase 2 expands the scope to include financial support, specifically managing creditors up to account reconciliation and payment preparation. Working Hours: Standard full-time office hours apply to this on-site position. Key Responsibilities: Phase 1: Office Administration & SAP System Support Direct general reception duties, answer the main switchboard, manage stationeries, purchase office consumables, and handle courier services. Maintain physical office archives, oversee record filing, and perform general secretarial tasks. Serve as the primary internal contact for day-to-day SAP queries and coordinate user access requests (creations, amendments, removals) in line with access registers. Process and upload new business partners onto the SAP system, ensuring credit applications are accurately completed. Capture and maintain approved customer, supplier, product, and pricing master data. Conduct initial SAP onboarding for new team members and provide targeted refresher training to address recurring user errors. Audit master data updates against approved supporting documentation, identifying duplicate or missing records while maintaining clear change logs. Track blocked, incomplete, or outstanding transactions, assisting internal departments with processing corrections and establishing administrative controls. Phase 2: Expanded Financial Administration Perform creditors management responsibilities, taking accounts through to full reconciliation and payment preparation. Requirements Tertiary qualification (or actively completing second-year studies) in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated practical experience operating within an SAP software environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. High level of attention to detail with proven problem-solving abilities. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced studies or completed qualifications in Business Administration, Accounting, or Information Systems.
