Responsibilities

→Perform general maintenance and repairs for apartment units and common areas.
→Respond to maintenance requests from residents and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
→Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed.
→Assist with seasonal maintenance projects.
→Keep track of supplies and report any equipment malfunctions or shortages.
→Ensure safety standards are met and perform preventive maintenance.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in property maintenance or a similar field.
Pool maintenance experience is required.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
