Automotive Booker/Timekeeper - Mercedes-Benz

• →Code Warranty claims per Mercedes Benz Policy and procedures.
• →Consult Shop Manager or Warranty Administrator for warranty policies.
• →Populate estimates according to official book time.

• →Keep track of technician clock time and diagnostic uploads.
• →Mentor technicians of correct notations, time recording and policy.
• →Stay updated with latest Recalls, Campaigns and Documents.
• →Check part numbers to make sure time is written correctly for each part.
• →Make sure diagnosis time comes before part time on a repair order
• →Calculate total technician time tickets at the end of the day and return to the Service Director.

• Clean & valid Driver's License.
• Automotive timekeeper or warranty experience preferred.
• Mercedes Benz Service experience preferred.
• Basic automotive technical knowledge and previous automotive dealership experience.
• Working knowledge of CDK & MPI systems.
