Responsibilities

→Experience in a company creation environment (e.g., incubator, venture firm, or startup).
→Familiarity with early clinical development decision points and how they inform BD/financing milestones.
→Prior work across multiple therapeutic areas including immunology, oncology, neurology, or genetic medicines.
→Comfort engaging with C-level executives, board members, and external partners.
→Awesome But Not Required: Interest in and comfort with early stage scientific operations - contracting with and managing CROs and consultants, building and executing scientific plans, in collaboration with company leadership

The base salary range reflects our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation will depend on factors like experience, skills, and location. The role may also be eligible for an annual bonus and long-term incentives. Compensation and benefits may be updated in the future.

$205,000—$280,000 USD
