Raven is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Director or Senior Director of Corporate Development to play a key role across capital formation, business development, and indication strategy initiatives within our incubator portfolio—with a particular focus on immunology, inflammation, immunotherapy for autoimmune diseases and cancers, and adjacent therapeutic areas.

This individual will work closely with founders, scientific leadership, and the Raven investment team to drive target and pathway diligence to support company creation and enable critical growth milestones across early-stage immunology programs, therapeutic platforms, and cross-disciplinary technologies. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings both analytical and storytelling strength, and is excited to help shape the next generation of biotech companies.
