About the Role

~1 min read

As an entry level Calibration Laboratory Technician at RBR, you will be a key member of our Calibration team, responsible for performing precise and consistent calibration of RBR instruments. Your work ensures that every instrument we ship meets our high standards for measurement accuracy, directly supporting the scientists and researchers who depend on our data.

This role is a great fit if you take pride in doing repetitive work with precision and care. For you, consistency is not about routine, it is about catching the one result that does not belong. You are disciplined, methodical, and sharp enough to notice when something has changed, even after hundreds of similar measurements.

You will work alongside technicians, metrologists, and engineers as part of a small, collaborative team. Clear communication, personal accountability, and a commitment to quality are what make this environment thrive, and what will make you successful in it.
