Oribi Manufacturing, LLC (Oribi) located in Denver, CO, is a leader in the development and production of advanced thermoplastic composites. We utilize automation, robotics, and advanced materials to produce advanced composite parts for a wide range of industries, including sporting goods, defense, wind energy, automotive, marine, and others.
We are looking for an exceptionally skilled Maintenance Manager to become part of our ambitious team in Commerce City, CO. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who excels in a high-volume manufacturing environment and can effectively develop and improve maintenance strategies.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead and manage all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs
- →Establish and maintain a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program
- →Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and production disruptions
- →Manage spare parts inventory using Kanban systems
- →Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF, OSHA, and EPA standards
- →Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance during appropriate downtime windows
- →Track and report on key maintenance metrics such as uptime, MTTR, and maintenance costs
- →Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment including ovens, hydraulic presses, water jet tables, and industrial robots
- →Drive continuous improvement through structured problem-solving methodologies like A3, 5-Why, and Fishbone analysis
- Associate's degree in a related field
- Over 7 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, especially with Tier 1 automotive suppliers
- 3–5 years in a management role
- Extensive experience with TPM programs
- Proven ability to lead and develop maintenance teams
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance technologies
- Proven track record of supporting production initiatives in new or scaling environments
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Preferred: Experience with IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 standards, familiarity with thermoplastics, proficiency with PLC programming, and knowledge of industrial robots
The base salary range for this position is $81,000-$121,000 per year. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
