We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on (Senior) Category Manager who thrives on ownership and loves turning market insights into commercial impact.
In this role, you will take the reins of some of our key consumer electronics categories and play a pivotal role in shaping their future growth. This position perfectly combines high-level strategy with cross-functional execution, offering plenty of room to drive initiatives independently across the business. Own the full commercial performance of your categories, including P&L, inventory health, growth, and profitability drivers

Define and execute category strategies based on customer behavior, market trends, competitor dynamics, and commercial opportunities
- →
Continuously optimize assortment quality, lifecycle management, and availability to balance customer relevance, growth, and unit economics
- →
Drive pricing strategy and day-to-day pricing decisions in close collaboration with Data Science and Pricing teams
- →
Identify growth levers through deep performance analysis across traffic, conversion, pricing, availability, margin, and operational metrics
- →
Plan and execute commercial initiatives and campaigns together with Marketing and CRM teams
- →
Partner closely with teams across Pricing, Marketing, Operations, Supply, and Quality to improve category performance, inventory efficiency, and customer experience

Lead cross-functional projects and drive initiatives independently across teams and stakeholders
- →
Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to improve decision-making, identify opportunities faster, and increase operational efficiency

Turn complex analyses into clear recommendations and actionable business decisions

5+ years of relevant experience in Category Management, E-Commerce, Retail, Consulting, or another highly analytical commercial role

Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of P&L ownership, pricing, inventory management, and e-commerce performance drivers
- →
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes, prioritize effectively, and make data-driven decisions in ambiguous environments
- →
Experience working with large datasets and modern analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar)
- →
Strong affinity for AI-supported workflows, automation, and data-driven decision-making; experience using AI tools in day-to-day work is a strong plus

Proven ability to independently lead complex cross-functional projects and manage stakeholders across different departments

Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with a high degree of ownership and comfort operating autonomously

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics in a clear, concise, and structured way
- →
Experience working with Marketing and/or Paid Marketing teams is a plus

Fluent in English; German or another European language is a plus
