Our mission is to serve as a world-class hub for pioneering Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) research, training, and best practices. We bring together distinguished scholars and foster partnerships across private, public, and non-profit sectors to drive sustainable development, responsible leadership, and meaningful impact in Hong Kong, Asia, and beyond.

• collaborate with Research Officers and Faculty to research, write, and develop compelling ESG case studies focused on NGO and corporate sustainability practices, drawing on interviews, fieldwork, and secondary research;
• conduct independent research and draft analytical reports on environmental ESG topics, including biodiversity, low-carbon transition, and waste reduction, with the ability to synthesize findings into well-structured, evidence-based content in both English and Chinese; and
• manage the administrative maintenance of the institute’s online course, with a primary focus on the end-to-end learner registration process, handling inquiries, and coordinating platform logistics.
Qualifications & Requirements Essential:
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Science, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Sustainability Studies, Communications, or Education;
• 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in research, project coordination, or consulting, preferably with exposure to ESG or sustainability topics;

• strong analytical skills with experience in conducting independent research and preparing reports, supported by basic data analysis capabilities;
• excellent command of written English and Chinese, with a proven ability to produce clear, structured, persuasive, and grammatically flawless content (writing samples may be requested);
• outstanding organizational skills, a proactive and self-motivated work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently with high accuracy;
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with diverse stakeholders;
