We are seeking a passionate, adventurous, and qualified Speech Therapist to join their world-class facility in Phnom Penh. This is a one year renewable contract, with all visa and relocation costs covered. The company provides accommodation and also covers payment of taxes and health insurance. In this role you will be responsible for: Assessing and developing individualized speech therapy intervention plans for children with special needs (including autism and speech delays). Delivering engaging, play-based, and evidence-based therapy sessions to make learning fun and effective. Collaborating closely with an international team of teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to support each child’s developmental milestones. Maintaining accurate clinical records and track progress. Requirements A recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech Therapy. Must be licensed/certified as a Speech Therapist (HPCSA registration or equivalent international body). Practical experience working with pediatric populations, particularly children with autism and special educational needs. Complete fluency in English (written and spoken). Due to shared housing arrangements and specific center requirements, this specific role is open to female applicants only. A positive attitude, cultural adaptability, and a genuine passion for pediatric care. Benefits Salary: USD 1,600 – USD 2,000 NET per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Fully furnished shared apartment provided by the company (shared with another female therapist). The company covers employment visas, work permits, monthly income taxes, and National Social Security Fund (NSSF) contributions.
