People Operations Generalist (Fixed Term Contract - 8 Months)

As a People Operations Generalist at Recursion, you will play a critical role in creating a seamless, people-centered employee experience that supports our mission to radically accelerate drug discovery and delivery. Based in Salt Lake City, you will be a key operational partner to employees and the People Team, ensuring our core people processes, systems, and programs run smoothly, accurately, and at scale.

The work will be varied, fast-paced, and highly collaborative. Your contributions will directly impact how employees experience Recursion from day one and beyond, helping us scale thoughtfully while staying true to our culture.

This is an office-based, hybrid position at our US headquarters located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Employees are expected to work in the office at least 50% of the time.
