Machine Operator 1 - 1st Shift

We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and serious about building a long-term career with Red Diamond. This is a hands-on production role for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, follows safety and quality standards, and works well as part of a team.

• Have a strong and consistent work history
• Take attendance and being on time seriously
• This position requires standing and walking for extended periods throughout each shift.
• Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment and perform duties that require prolonged walking and standing.
• The essential functions of this job include standing for 10 hours per shifts.

• Can consistently work Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with occasional Friday overtime

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in our production process by:

• →Setting up and operating high-speed coffee or tea packaging machines
• →Performing quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards
• →Replenishing materials and maintaining a clean, safe work area
• →Assembling and labeling boxes, and supporting other production tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant machine operator experience)

• Stable work history and consistent reliability

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work at a fast pace and meet production goals

• Demonstrated ability to stand for long periods and read instructions clearly
