Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership: Independently manage 360-degree recruitment processes for Red Sky and our portfolio companies, ensuring smooth delivery from the initial job profiling to the final offer negotiation.

True Business Partnership: Act as a strategic consultant to Founders and Hiring Managers. You don't just "take orders"—you challenge requirements, advise on market realities, and help define who we actually need.

Candidate Experience Advocacy: Design and maintain a transparent, respectful, and engaging interview process. You ensure every candidate receives constructive feedback and walks away with a stellar impression of Red Sky.

Process Optimization & Innovation: Continuously audit our recruitment tools, ATS workflows, and hiring steps. If a process is lagging, you have the autonomy to redesign it and introduce modern hiring methodologies.
2–3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a mix of agency (360) and dynamic in-house/startup environments.
A "Hands-on" & Growth Mindset: You don’t wait for solutions or guidelines to fall from the sky. You actively spot bottlenecks, propose solutions, and execute them independently.
Tech & Digital Literacy: Solid understanding of the IT landscape, software development roles, and modern digital marketing/product positions.
Excellent Communication: Fluency in Polish and English (at least B2/C1) is essential, as you will frequently interview international talent.
Data-Driven Approach: Ability to track your hiring metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates) to optimize your own pipelines.
