Principal Software Engineer, Backend Systems

Regrello is on a mission to redefine enterprise software, and we’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer, Backend Systems to help push the boundaries of what’s possible. If you love designing and scaling complex backend systems, have shipped major projects or entire products, and can think fluently about distributed systems, data modeling, API design, and integrations, this role is for you. You’ll architect and scale our Go/Postgres/Redis/GraphQL backend, working alongside world-class engineers and product minds to drive high-impact projects, lead critical design discussions, and collaborate directly with customers to shape a platform that’s transforming supply chain, manufacturing, and beyond. The industry is rooting for us, and you’ll play a pivotal role in making it happen. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact individual contributor role, but if you’re interested in growing into people management, the opportunity is there depending on your interest and performance.
