Product. We are developing a global platform that revolutionizes how supply-chain companies collaborate. Our Workflow Engine helps industry experts model complex processes, our Forms Engine enhances data exchange and our upcoming AI Engine will optimize workflows by identifying inefficiencies. As one user put it: "I’ve been waiting for this for 20 years."

Role. We are seeking motivated Software Engineers who are eager to start their careers and dive into our Regrello platform. In this role, you will begin by learning our codebase through hands-on experience with real-world customer tests and support activities. You will work closely with our customer-facing team to address immediate needs and resolve issues. This role provides a unique opportunity to start your journey in software development while contributing to impactful projects. As you gain experience and understanding, you will have the chance to transition into full-feature development and take on greater responsibilities.

While we have hubs in Seattle, San Francisco, Austin, New York and are beginning to build a presence in Monterrey, Mexico. B.S. in Computer Science or a related field from a top technical school.

Less than 2 years of experience as a software engineer

Proficiency in either frontend or backend technologies with a willingness to work across the full stack (experience with Go/GraphQL/React/TypeScript is advantageous).

Demonstrated ability to complete complex software projects (personal, professional, or academic).

Strong written and verbal english communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

A keen desire to learn, grow and tackle real global challenges and to support your team in doing the same.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design and Product Management, to develop high-quality features.

Embrace new challenges and responsibilities and be an active, enthusiastic team player in a fast-paced startup environment.
