Rehab United is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing comprehensive physical therapy programs to address patients' musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to professional development.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed history, systems review, and appropriate objective tests and measures.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice and patient goals.

Perform therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, as appropriate.

Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements within our EMR, Prompt.

Provide patient education regarding injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies.

Participate in continuing education activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Adhere to all ethical and professional standards of practice.
Requirements
~1 min readDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license or Physical Therapist License Applicant (PTLA) status.
Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal and/or neurological rehabilitation.
Knowledge of Applied Functional Science (AFS) preferred.
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.

What We Offer
~1 min read$36.00-$55.00 Hourly (commensurate with prior experience as a licensed therapist)
NOTE: FLSA status will transition from hourly non-exempt to salaried exempt following 90 days of employment, provided the criteria outlined in California's salaried exempt regulations is fulfilled.
