• →Operate balers and sort recyclable materials
• →Meet production goals in a hands-on, physical role
• →Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• →Support product reclamation and team operations

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Experience with pallet jacks, balers, or forklifts a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Positive attitude and team spirit
