As a Field Service Technician, you'll work directly with customers to ensure our specialty heating, cooling, and power equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• →Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and power equipment at customer locations and branch facilities.
• →Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure fleet readiness.
• →Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel system issues.
• →Respond to customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
• →Train customers on the safe operation and basic maintenance of rental equipment.
• →Complete service reports, inspection documentation, and work orders using company technology.
• →Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• →Significant travel (including overnights) throughout Canada supporting customers wherever they're working.

We're looking for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy solving problems and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Experience as a Field Service Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician, Diesel Mechanic, HVAC Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Agricultural Equipment Technician, Automotive Technician, or similar trade.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience servicing diesel engines, heating systems, generators, pumps, compressors, or industrial equipment is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using laptops, mobile devices, and digital work order systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to tow equipment trailers when required.
• Commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
