The Workforce Specialist provides critical operational, administrative, and workforce support to ensure the seamless, efficient, and consistent delivery of clinic services. The role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day manpower deployment, timekeeping processes, and operational logistics, while ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
Acting as a key liaison between Clinic Operations Supervisors, Onsite Medical Teams, COAA monitoring and Workforce Timekeeping reports, and other stakeholders, the position ensures accurate workforce reporting, timely communication, and continuous process improvement to support overall clinic performance and client satisfaction

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions of the COAsA, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, proper documentation, and adherence to timely standard procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date onsite manpower monitoring, ensuring proper monitoring of changes and schedules of timekeeping from CO Team, and compliance.
- Manage appointment scheduling, clinic calendars, and coordination of CO Team and Workforce Team f to ensure optimal coverage and efficient manpower deployment and operational flow.
- Assist and coordinates with the Workformce Supervisor in billing processes, timekeeping documentation and monitoring, ensuring accuracy and supporting timely reports submission and logistic tracking.
- Ensure clinic adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements (e.g., DOH, ISO), including documentation readiness for audits.
- Acts as a liaison between the Workfoce & COAA team, CO Team, and assists in internal departments (HR, Finance, IT) reprots, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication in coordination with the Workforce Supervisor.
- Prepare regular reports (e.g.attendance , fill-in rates, performance metrics) to support decision-making, operational improvements, and management review.
