About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Solution Architect/Presales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise with strong communication skills, supporting the sales process by designing solutions, delivering demos, and advising customers on technical requirements. You will play a critical role in engaging with clients, understanding their challenges, and positioning our solutions to meet their needs.

  • 2+ years of proven experience on a similar role delivering AI projects at scale.
  • Solid understanding of AI concepts: supervised and unsupervised learning, LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and model lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Traveling: Must be available to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and project requirements.
  • Languages: proficient in Italian & English.
  • Location: Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
  • Engage with customers, product teams, and engineers to design and deliver AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
  • Translate complex business requirements into architecture and design for AI models, data pipelines, and deployment strategies.
  • Lead discovery sessions and technical workshops with clients to understand their data, systems, and AI maturity.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps to ensure solutions are implemented as designed.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in AI, cloud, and edge computing to inform product and solution design.
  • Function effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy market segment and successfully balance multiple projects (Sales opportunities, enterprise RFPs, SME programs, internal enablement, etc.).
