Techno-Functional Analyst - GNA (GIS Specialist)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Techno-Functional Analyst to support the Geo Spatial Network Application (GNA), a critical platform used to manage, visualize, and orchestrate network and geospatial data across systems.

GNA operates within the Network & IT (NIT) domain and enables network design, capacity planning, infrastructure visualization, and operational decision-making.

As a Techno-Functional Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, contributing to analysis, solution design, and hands-on development while driving the evolution of GNA capabilities.

Analyze, document, and validate requirements

Translate business needs into technical specifications

Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of GNA modules, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions

Monitor data flows and troubleshoot issues

Ensure data consistency across systems

Drive automation and performance improvements

Maintain documentation and support defect resolution

Master’s degree in IT or equivalent

7+ years of experience in similar role

Strong understanding of geospatial data and network topology

- Proven experience with QGIS or any other GIS tools.  

- Working experience with GEO Server & WMS (maps), WFS (Features/data) APIs

- Java / Spring Boot (backend services)

- Advanced Postgres database skills, Database design & Data Modeling 

- API-based integrations (REST/JSON)

- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins)

Telecom network knowledge

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Azure (ADF, Storage, DevOps)
