Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP/CNP) – Internal Medicine - 44

• →Perform comprehensive histories, physicals, and clinical evaluations
• →Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting
• →Deliver preventative care, chronic disease management, and same-day sick visits
• →Order and interpret labs, imaging, and EKGs
• →Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans independently with physician support as needed
• →Prescribe medications and provide patient education on care plans
• →Coordinate referrals and collaborate across the care team
• →Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP)
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Active (or eligible) state NP license
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• 1–2 years of primary care or internal medicine experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach
• A proactive, team-oriented professional eager to grow and contribute

• 100% outpatient
• No call responsibilities
• No routine weekends
• Light, compensated administrative follow-up (labs/messages)
