Wealth Management Coordinator - Cambridge Trust - A Division of Eastern Bank
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative, governance, and operational support to the Wealth Management division, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across fiduciary processes, committee operations, and regulatory requirements. This position serves as a key liaison for internal teams and external partners, facilitating smooth workflows and maintaining high standards of risk management and client service.
Objectives:
Business support for Head of Wealth Management, CIO, and CFO
Maintain and oversee governance structures—including committee coordination, reporting, and documentation—to uphold regulatory and fiduciary standards.
Support the Chief Fiduciary Officer and Trust Team in meeting legal, audit, and compliance obligations through proactive monitoring, review, and documentation.
Drive consistency and quality in all reporting, meeting materials, and special projects to enhance transparency and decision‑making within the Wealth Management division.
Administrative and Operational Support
- Review, manage, and approve eTime cards for biweekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and correcting errors as needed.
- Coordinate all Wealth Management invoice submissions, verify correct GL coding, and ensure timely approval and payment processing.
- Answer and direct incoming calls on the main Wealth Management phone line.
Oversee and maintain the Wealth Division complaint log.
Committee Support
- Manage meeting invitations, agendas, minutes, and reporting for all committees.
- Coordinate quarterly ERM reporting.
Oversee quarterly Trust Committee books in Diligent, including document collection, review, upload, approval, and distribution
Regulatory, Compliance, and Special Projects
- Assist with annual trust distribution review, Reg 9 reviews, UPIA/Unitrust processes, ILIT reviews, court accountings, estate oversight, and policy reviews.
- Facilitate and manage special review projects.

- Positive attitude and willingness to assist the broader team.
- Independent thinker, willing to take on new tasks, analyze current workflow and recommend improvements.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant business support experience.
Skills/Knowledge
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and presentation tools.
- Experience with executive level summaries and reporting.
- Knowledge of Bank systems including Optima, SCS, Sales Force is a plus.
