As the brand steps into the sunny Floridian retail landscape, we are seeking an exceptional Lead Stylist to help bring our Palm Beach flagship to life for a long-term pop-up.

As Lead Stylist, you will be a key presence within the Palm Beach flagship—responsible for delivering exceptional, high-touch styling experiences while supporting strong sales performance and floor leadership. You will bring the brand’s aesthetic to life through thoughtful styling, confident product knowledge, and a refined approach to client service.
This role is ideal for a polished, entrepreneurial luxury retail professional who thrives in elevated environments and naturally leads by example on the sales floor.
A fashion-driven retail professional with a strong eye for styling and brand presentation
Confident, warm, and engaging, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a discerning clientele
Sales-minded and results-oriented, with experience meeting or exceeding individual performance goals
Detail-oriented, organized, and invested in maintaining a visually elevated store environment
Comfortable taking ownership on the floor and supporting the team through presence and example
Requirements
~1 min read2+ years of luxury or premium retail experience, preferably in women’s ready-to-wear or multi-brand boutiques
Proven ability to drive sales through styling, relationship-building, and elevated service
Strong understanding of visual standards, product flow, and foundational retail operations
Familiarity with Shopify POS, RFID systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus; adaptability to new systems is essential
Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and key trading periods/holidays
A motivated seller who actively builds relationships with clients through walk-ins and private styling appointments, treating personal sales performance as central to individual and store success
Deliver an elevated, personalized styling experience for every client, from first greeting through checkout
Act as a trusted style resource—curating looks that reflect the client’s lifestyle, taste, and wardrobe needs
Build repeat business through follow-up, outreach, and intentional clienteling
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales, conversion, UPT, and AUR goals
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling through thoughtful styling
Contribute meaningfully to daily, weekly, and monthly store sales targets
Maintain impeccable standards of product presentation, sizing, and replenishment
Ensure the sales floor reflects the brand’s aesthetic at all times—polished, intentional, and commercial
Share client insights and styling feedback to support merchandising decisions
Support daily store operations including stock processing, transfers, inventory counts, and fitting room flow
Adhere to all policies related to loss prevention, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
Collaborate closely with store leadership to support a cohesive, high-performing environment
