Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- →3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the wine industry or CPG sector
- →Wine industry or CPG experience strongly preferred
- →Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- →Fluency with marketing platforms including Sprout, Asana, WordPress, and Brandfolder
- →Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
- →Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills
- →Proven problem-solving skills with ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- →Solid organizational and project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- →Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders (sales teams, agency partners, influencers)
- →Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a part of a team
- →Self-starter who takes initiative to complete projects and meet deadlines
- →Passion for marketing with a pulse on social and industry trends
- →Eye for detail and commitment to brand standards
- →This is a full-time, in-office position
- →All-hands-on-deck team environment requiring flexibility and adaptability
