No specialized degree or Powersports experience required—bring your basic skills, tools, and work ethic, and we will train you to service motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and watercraft.

• →Oil changes and scheduled maintenance
• →Building/ setting up new machines as they are needed--from pontoons to PWCs 
• →Tires, batteries and basic service work
• →Vehicle inspections and setup
• →Entry-level mechanical repairs
• →Learning diagnostics and more advanced repairs as your skills develop
• →Working alongside experienced Powersports technicians

• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Your own basic mechanics tools
• Ability to safely use those tools
• A strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
• No MMI degree required.
• No years of dealership experience required.
• No previous Powersports experience required.
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
