• →High school diploma or equivalent
• →Previous experience as a Flat-Rate Service Technician is preferred
• →Proficient knowledge of powersports vehicles and their mechanisms
• →Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• →Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• →Strong communication and customer service skills
• →Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• →Valid driver's license and good driving record
• →Motorcycle endorsement preferred and required for some technician roles.
