Service Technician (All Skill Levels)- Arrowhead Harley-Davidson

RideNow Powersports, with over 50 locations Nationwide, is looking for driven and detail-oriented Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team. 

• →Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level
  
• →Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe
  
• →Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility)
  
• →Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work
  
• →Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us)
  

We’re hiring A, B, and entry-level C Techs—if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit:

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
  
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn
  
• OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required)
  
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred)
  
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides)
  
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.  
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
