HRIS Flows Experience: Focused on creating simple, intuitive workflows that empower Rippling's customers to manage employee data seamlessly.

HRIS Flows Infrastructure: Provides the scalable backbone for all flow products, prioritizing reliability, data integrity, and performance at scale.

HR Applications: Develops essential tools and interfaces for customers to view, manage, and interact with employee data effectively.

Org Management: Enables the creation and maintenance of company structures tailored to organizations of all sizes and complexities.

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams and leaders to deliver core products. Your responsibilities will include:

• →Partner with design and product management leaders to shape and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the team, while maintaining a balanced approach that considers both platform and product perspectives
• →Lead initiatives such as architectural changes, improvements in the hiring process, enhancing engineering effectiveness, and managing post-mortem processes.
• →Provide technical leadership and drive development in a dynamic, startup environment for a broadly scoped engineering team
• →Up-level the team by mentoring team members by setting expectations and help them grow to take on larger workstreams with confidence
• →Enforce high-quality deliverables and raise the bar for engineering excellence by building and operationalizing tools, monitors, and processes across the organization

• 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
• Experience building customer facing products
• You have seen systems operating at significant technical and organizational scale
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in building projects with good abstractions and architecture
• Comfortable at developing scalable and extendable core services used in many products
